Once your order is placed, we’ll take it from there and get your Karavan pieces ready to come your way!

A change of heart or a little checkout mix-up? You have 2 hours after your order confirmation to request a cancellation or change.

Email us at info@karavanclothing.com with your order number and let us know what you’d like to change.

Within this time, you can request a different product size or update your billing address and details. We can’t add or remove individual items from a confirmed order.

Something missing from your parcel? Let us know as soon as you notice so we can look into it.

We’ll check what happened and help get things sorted as quickly as possible.

We know it can be a little disappointing to spot a lower price just after you’ve ordered. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your purchase, so we can’t refund the difference if an item’s price drops afterwards.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within approximately 3–5 days. Once yours is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you have an account, you can also check your order history and status there.

If your parcel is taking longer than the usual delivery time for your destination, email us at info@karavanclothing.com or call +30 210 322 8906 with your order number. We’ll look into it for you.

During busy sale periods, including Black Friday, preparing and dispatching your order may take longer than 3–5 days. Thank you for your patience while we get everything ready.

Opened your parcel and found something you didn’t order? We’re sorry for the mix-up — let’s put it right.

Email us at info@karavanclothing.com with your order number and a few photos of the item you received. We’ll arrange to get the correct item to you and guide you through returning the wrong one.

We’ll cover all delivery costs involved.

We know you’re looking forward to your Karavan pieces arriving — especially if you have plans for them! We prepare and pack your order with care, ready for its journey to you.

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping service you choose at checkout. Visit our Shipping Info page for all available options, fees and estimated delivery times.

Pick the payment option that works best for you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal and Klarna. You can also use your Karavan Gift Card, or choose Shop Pay or Google Pay for express checkout when available. Cash On Delivery also available in selected countries (Greece).

You’ll see the options available for your order at checkout, before completing your purchase. Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an email confirmation with your order number.

Your payment details are handled securely through Shopify Payments, so you can shop with peace of mind.

We ship from Greece. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. Certain territories with separate customs or tax rules may also have additional charges.

If customs duties or import charges apply to your order, they’ll be calculated and shown at checkout. These costs are covered by you and paid when you complete your purchase.

Your parcel is then shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning those charges have already been settled — so there are no additional customs duties or import charges to pay when it arrives.

A little measuring can make choosing your size much easier. You’ll find our guide on each product page — just click “Size Chart” to check the measurements before making your pick.

Measure your bust, waist and hips, following the illustration in the chart, then compare your measurements with the guide to find the best fit for you.

Sometimes the fit isn’t quite what you imagined — and that’s okay. You can return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase date, with all original tags still attached.

Email us at info@karavanclothing.com with your order number and let us know what didn’t work for you and whether you’d prefer an exchange or a refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or dispatch your replacement within approximately 4–7 business days. Please keep in mind that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Got your eye on something that’s sold out? Fill in the “Notify Me” form on its product page, and we’ll email you if it becomes available again.

We can’t promise every design will return, but signing up means you won’t have to keep checking.

Something caught your eye, but you’re still deciding? Save it to your Wishlist and come back to it later. Your picks stay on your list for 60 days, keeping everything you’re considering in one place.

You can also see whether an item’s price has dropped, stock is running low or it has sold out. Saving an item doesn’t reserve it, so availability may change.

To save a piece, click “Wishlist” beneath the “Add to cart” button on its product page. To revisit your list, click “Wishlist” at the top right of the website.

Not quite the right fit, or simply not for you? You can return your item within 14 days of your purchase date, with all original tags still attached.

Fill in the return form on the back of the receipt included in your order and choose your preferred option:

• Store credit: the full value of your returned item, issued as a Karavan Gift Card.
• Refund: the full value of your returned item.
• Exchange: available to customers within Greece.

Then pack your item and send it back to us. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll take care of your request and email you when it’s complete. Check your junk folder too, just in case our message lands there.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and return postage is covered by you unless the item is faulty.

Yes — most sale items can be returned, following our usual return policy.

Some special offers or bazaar events may have different conditions, including items that can’t be returned. We’ll make those conditions clear before you purchase.

Items bought during Black Friday or Cyber Monday can’t be exchanged. Any eligible returns can still be processed according to the applicable return policy.

• At checkout, enter your gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field.

• The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.

Want to treat someone else? Choose “Send as a Gift” on the Gift Card page, add a personal message and enter their email address to send it directly to them.

Karavan Gift Cards are valid for 2 years.
