How do I make an order?
It’s the easiest way possible. Just visit karavanclothing.com (we assume you’ve already done that), click on the Shop tab and take an online walk through our designs. Choose the one you prefer, the color you like and the size that fits you best (you may also view our size chart to get more details on the measurements). Add it to cart and follow the easy checkout process to finalize your order. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to enter your billing address information. From this point, we take on and you’ll be wearing your choice at the minimum space-time.
Can I change or cancel my order after the confirmation?
Well, you won’t have to do that (once you go Karavan there is no regret) but in case you placed an order in tipsy mode and you want to take it back we give you two hours to let us know. Just send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us about the cancellation or the changes you want to make. Don’t forget the order code you received. Unfortunately, you can’t add/remove specific products but you can change the billing address, info or product size up until 2 hours after the order confirmation.
I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
Fashion trolls hide everywhere, they always hunt for Karavan products so it's possible to loot your order while it's being delivered. If any item is missing, please contact us immediately (through email email@example.com or tel. +30 2103228906) including the order number and the missing item's name & product code. Our avenger squad will resolve the issue for you as quick as possible.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
Prices in fashion are like Wall Street shares. They have their ups and downs in response to demands and trends, so it’s up to you to catch the best price possible. Since you placed your order there is no more discount and we can’t refund the difference. Be a frequent visitor in our shop and you’ll be rewarded.
My order hasn’t turned up yet?
That’s bad luck. You missed it forever. NOT. Once the order is confirmed, packed and sent you will receive a shipping confirmation mail with a tracking number. Use it to check you order status. If it takes more time than normally (according to the destination place), please contact us via e-mail or phone to help you discover the issue. If you already have a registered account, you can always view your order history or status at any time. That’s for sure the easiest way to keep an eye on your orders.
For Greek customers the orders are usually being prepared and sent at a 2 day space approximately
For EU & World customers we'll need up to 3 days to pack and send your order via DHL

Faulty product? Hey I didn’t order that.
Even the best make mistakes. Simply email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) about the false item you received including some photos of the product and we will send you back the correct one(s). Of course, the delivery cost will be covered by us.
Where can I find your size guide instructions?
We love our bodies, we treat them as a temple. But changes can be made from time to time so we don’t want you to make wrong choices on what fits you best. The size instructions are here to guide you throughout any product and help you determine your pick. You can find and click them in the product page by the obvious name “Size Chart”. Don’t forget to measure yourself in the correct areas (Bust, Waist, Hip) exactly as shown in chart model.
What about your care safety guide instructions?
Just like “Size Guides”, the “Care Guide” deserve some attention in order to keep your product fresh and smooth after multiple times of washing or ironing. Each product page gives you important information on how to take care of and how to clean it. You can read about them in the description area of each item before your purchase or on the care label on the item as soon as you receive it. Some instructions such as “Turn the garment inside out before washing” or “Avoid using too much detergent” are very important to follow so to enjoy your items for ages.
What if the size I chose doesn’t fit?
It’s ok, you made some wrong assumptions on your order, maybe our size guide didn't guided you enough, nobody is perfect. In that case, we give you a 14-day space from your purchase date to return them for replacement or refund. Of course, all the original tags must be attached on the item and the shipping charge cannot be refunded. Just send an e-mail email@example.com the reason of return including your order number. Refunds and replacements will be processed and sent within approximately 4 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
Can you tell me if you're getting an item back in stock?
You’re always hungry for new fashion expressions, we understand that, we feel the same. For that reason, we’ll try to fulfill your demands at most cases and respect the uniqueness of each item simultaneously. When you find something “out of stock” you can let us know about your interest by filling in the "Notify Me" form in the product page. By doing this, in case the item is restocked, you’ll be one of the first to be informed via e-mail.
How can I pay for my order?
Our shop accepts most of the payment methods out there, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Karavan Gift Cards and recently Klarna. In some countries, we also accept the COD (cash on delivery) method.
You’ll be able to view your options just before the check out. We will not charge you until we actually ship your order. When the transaction is completed you’ll receive a receipt including an order number# via email.
All of our payment gateways and system options are 100% safely guaranteed and being covered by VIVA & Shopify.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
For non EU countries may charge import duties or other random fees. It depends on the policy of your country’s post service. We apologize for that, but it’s a condition that can't be avoided right now. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs.
What is the 'Wishlist' for?
It’s your dream list. Things that want to own but you’re not able to do that now. Something like the diet you want to follow and you transfer it for next Monday. You're able to list items for later, and keep them in for 60 days.
So, if you're browsing the website and aren't ready to buy anything straight away, you can list the item to be ready for when you want to buy.In the “Wishlist”, you'll be able to see if an item has reduced in price since adding it to your list, or if it's out of stock completely. You'll even be able to see if the item has few pieces left so you can snap it up before it goes out.
The 'Wishlist' button is on each product page underneath the 'add to cart' button. To view your items list, just click 'Wishlist' at the top right hand side on any page of the website.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
First of all, calm yourself and think positive. Then you can start by checking the order status (at the bottom of the page) with your track number you received via email, after you finalized your order. If the status is in “Shipped” mode, then the delay is up to the post service you chose and we advise you to contact them and use your tracking number to receive further assistance.

How does the Karavan Clothing delivery service work?
I want it all and I want it now. We know how important it is to receive your goods in zero time, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion. For that we minimized the confirmation and packaging time to the fastest and safest possible.
Usually we need 1-2 days to finalize the whole transaction depending on the package size and the order volume at that period. Most deliveries are fully tracked and we’ll email you a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. If you place the order during weekend, we’ll start processing it on Monday.
The approximate average time of shipping for Zone 1 countries (European Union) is 2-4 days and for Zone 2 (Other Countries) is 3-6.
What's your Return & Refund Policy?
If our item doesn't fit or you didn't give it the love it hoped for, we give you the choice of return. You'll just need to fill in the return form received with your order (back side of the receipt) and choose the return option you prefer, 100% store credit via Gift Card or Full Refund. The Exchange item is also available for customers within Greece.
Then pack it up and return it in a 14-day space from your purchase date. As soon as we receive the returning package we'll follow the procedure and take care of your request. A confirmation mail will be sent upon finalization.
Note that all the original tags must be attached on the item.
The shipping charge cannot be refunded.
Don’t forget to check your junk mail, because sometimes our emails land in there.
All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

Can I return Sale offer items?
You decide to change some things in your life. That includes your recent purchases from our store. If that change could affect your mood in a positive way, then we're here to help you on that. Most of the Sale items are returnable.
In case any extra Sale offer or Bazaar takes place you'll be informed for any non-returnable rules.

Do I have to register for an account to make an order?
We know that registering and filling long forms is really boring, especially if you loved something and you want it now. So, registration is not necessary to buy something, it’s optional. You can simply fill in the payment and shipping form details before cash out and it’s yours.
However we recommend and applaud the registration for two basic reasons:
-Firstly you won’t have to fill your details every time you want to buy a Karavan item (we hopefully believe there's going to be more than one time)
-Secondly, registration let us track and save your order history, help you join the journey and reward you with loyalty gifts and discounts.
I Get An Error Message when i try to checkout. What am I doing wrong?
If you are receiving any error message, firstly check if there's any problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should exactly match your bank's account info. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information or refresh your browser.
I got a Karavan Gift Card. How can I use it?
- Under the Payment section during checkout, click in the “Gift card or discount code” field.
- Enter your voucher card number.
- Click “Apply”.
- The gift card amount will be deducted from your order total.
The Karavan Gift Cards have a 2 year expiration date.
How are Karavan designs being created and where?
When it comes to fabrics we give maximum effort. It’s the most important step in manufacturing and we are very careful with it.
Our team scans the market to seek and collect top quality fabrics for their surprising beauty and their neat fitting, freedom and function.
We love that fabric digging’ game and the treasures that hides. From cotton to polyester and from plain color to exclusively created patterns, the variety of picks is countless and diverse. Every season we try to bring something freshly mixed with our unique romantic meditteranean style.
All our clothes are designed, cut and sewed exclusively in Greece by Greek manufacturers and artisans. We support and trust people who love to work in the manufacturing process and we are very lucky to co-operate with many beautiful souls that make our Karavan world easier and loveable.
