Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

If your newly purchased item doesn't fit you or you didn't received the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return. For that reason, we tried to make the process the easiest way possible for you. The steps are simple and clear:

1. Just fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the info we'll need. Please, pay attention to the form description as you need to be super descriptive in each one. If you missed the form and need a new one just email us at

As for your return, we offer you plenty of decisions for each occasion. More specifically your choices are:

  • 100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
  • Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 3-6 days to complete (Your IBAN is needed in that case). 
  • Exchange with another design. Just choose any other available design from our collections and proceed to the exchange. In order to avoid any sold out upon the return arrival we suggest you contact us so to reserve your new pick. In that case just email us at or give us a call at +30 2103228906.

2. Then pack it up by using the original received package (be eco hearted about it!) and return it in a 14-day space from your purchase date. You are free to use any postal service you prefer or you can contact us in order to schedule with DHL a pick-up for you.

3. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there. 

Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, including your original order receipt or packing slip.

For the black Friday Sale the return options are: Full Refund or Store Credit.
No size or item exchanges will be accepted. 

Delivery Cost

All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
For Greece customers the return delivery cost moves from 3.00€ to 5.00€ if you use Geniki Taxydromiki service, which we cooperate (you'll have to send the package on our own charge and then we'll deduct the fee from your returning amount).
For International Customers the delivery cost is fixed at 12.00€ if you use our prepaid DHL voucher and will be deducted from your refund.

Note that the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded.

Some special Sales or Clearance offers may be labeled as non-refundable.
In that case you may not proceed on the above return instructions and be aware of your order's conditions when proceeding. We suggest to consult our Size Chart so to be guided enough on the best choice for you.
